At Munn Diesel Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work and products. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and service-related concerns are handled.
Services (Labor & Diagnostics)
All diesel repair services, labor, diagnostics, inspections, and authorized work are non-refundable once performed. If you believe a service was completed incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of service completion. Concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if warranted, we may offer corrective service or a partial service credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Parts & Components
Unused and uninstalled parts may be eligible for return if returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The following items are non-returnable: electrical components, special-order or custom parts, installed or attempted-to-install parts, fluids, filters, gaskets, consumables, or parts damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Core Charges
Core refunds are issued only after the core is returned in acceptable condition and approved by the supplier or manufacturer. Core refunds typically process within 7–14 business days.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Cash refunds are not provided for card or electronic payments.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or diagnostic fee. Services already started cannot be canceled or refunded.
Warranty-Related Issues
Some parts and services may be covered by a manufacturer or limited workmanship warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms of the applicable provider. Munn Diesel Repair is not responsible for third-party warranty denials.
Estimates, Inspections & Digital Deliverables
Estimates, inspections, reports, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once issued. Pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during service, with customer authorization.
Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns. We aim to resolve disputes professionally and efficiently before escalation.
